Information about warranty & returns

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@xpropool.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

Exceptions to returns
List the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also clearly indicate on the item itself that it cannot be returned by the consumer. Please note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

a. Sealed products. Once the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.

d. that cannot be returned due to their nature;

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to do so. Sometimes products are temporarily out of stock, which may result in a longer delivery time. Each product page indicates the expected delivery time. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. We apply the following shipping rates:

Delivery

Delivery is made by the postman or parcel delivery service. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Checking upon receipt

Please check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. Are any parts missing or have products arrived damaged? If so, please send us an email immediately with your order number and any photos of the damage.

VAT transfer for business customers

Are you ordering from Europe for business purposes? Then it is possible to reverse the VAT. In that case, we will not charge VAT on the invoice. Your VAT number will be checked automatically. If your VAT number does not work, please contact us.

The XPRO 168 mm Plug-In LED Pool Light is an innovative and user-friendly solution for underwater lighting in fiberglass and concrete pools.

This new plug-and-play series is developed for fast installation and easy replacement. Thanks to the integrated click-connection system in the cable, there is no need for resin sealing or heat shrink tubing. This significantly simplifies installation and reduces maintenance time.

The lamp features an ultra-slim design of only 13 mm thickness, allowing a sleek and flush wall installation. The internal electronics are fully resin-filled, ensuring maximum protection against water and long-term durability.

These lights are produced on demand and are not standard stock items. On request, they can be supplied with longer cable lengths for specific installation requirements.
