Ordering and delivery
Ordering from XPRO POOL is simple, fast, and secure. You can choose to create an account or place your order as a guest.
With an account, you benefit from added convenience: faster checkout for future purchases, access to your order history, and easy management of your details. Ordering without an account is also possible. In that case, we kindly ask you to fill in your address and contact details correctly so we can process and ship your order quickly and accurately.
Our ordering process is clear and user-friendly, allowing you to purchase your desired pool lighting and accessories in just a few steps.
Delivery time
We aim for fast and reliable delivery of your order. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually completed within 2–5 working days. For other European countries, the delivery time is typically 4–6 working days. Outside Europe, delivery takes approximately 4–12 working days, depending on stock availability.
If a different delivery time applies, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping
Your order is carefully packed and shipped via reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and PostNL. After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily follow your package.
We depend on our logistics partners, but in approximately 95% of cases, the indicated delivery time is met.
Busy periods and holidays
During busy periods, such as holidays, promotions, or after weekends, delivery times may be slightly longer. While we often deliver the next working day, this may extend by a few days during peak periods. We therefore recommend ordering in advance.
Not at home during delivery?
The carrier will deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not at home, a second delivery attempt will usually be made, the package may be delivered to a neighbor, or it will be taken to a nearby pickup point.
You will always receive a notification from the carrier. If the package cannot be delivered, a message will be left with information on where and when you can collect it. In most cases, your order will be available for pickup for one to three weeks.
Important information
Delivery times apply to products that are in stock. For custom-made or special orders, delivery times may vary. Always ensure your address details are correct to avoid delays.
