Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@xpropool.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Exceptions to returns
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
State the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also clearly indicate on the item itself that it cannot be returned by the consumer. Please note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a. Sealed products. Once the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
c. that are clearly personal in nature;
d. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
e. that can spoil or age quickly;
f. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
g. for individual newspapers and magazines;
h. for audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken by the consumer.
Warranty: We provide a two-year warranty on all our products.
