Shipments and returns
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 12.00 noon, will be shipped the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page gives an indication of the delivery time. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are
€ 6,95 for orders under € 75,- Netherlands
€ 8,25 for orders under € 75,- Belgium
Free for orders above € 100,- ( All Europe )
We also ship outside Europe, these rates can be requested from us.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery of various parcel services. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Please check the contents immediately upon receipt. If any parts are missing or arrive damaged, please send us an e-mail with your order number + any photos immediately after receipt.
If you place a business order from Europe, it is possible to reverse the VAT. We will then not charge VAT on the invoice
