PRESTA SHOP
Our web store was developed using software from PRESTA SHOP. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. PRESTA SHOP has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, but will never use your data for any other purpose. PRESTA SHOP is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. PRESTA SHOP uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Web hosting
VIMEXX
EXAMPLE: We purchase web hosting and email services from VIMEXX. [PROVIDER] processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Email and mailing lists
SendinBlue
Our website uses SendinBlue, a third party that handles email traffic from our website and sends any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via SendinBlue's servers. SendinBlue will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will see an “unsubscribe” link. If you click on this link, you will no longer receive emails from our website. This may seriously impair the functionality of our website! Your personal data is sent, stored, and accessed by SendinBlue in a secure manner. We use the services of VIMEXX for our regular business email traffic. VIMEXX does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Stripe
We use the Stripe platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Stripe processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment details, such as your bank account number or credit card number. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you have given us. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date, other than at your request, we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to fulfill accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation. Retention periods
We retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in connection with your assignment.
