Web hosting – ER Digital B.V.
We obtain web hosting and email services from ER Digital B.V. ER Digital B.V. processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data and is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Email and mailing lists – SendinBlue
Our website uses SendinBlue to manage email traffic and newsletters. Your name and email address are securely transmitted, stored and processed. At the bottom of every email you will find an unsubscribe link allowing you to withdraw from further communications.
Payment processor – Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
For processing payments we use Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Stripe processes your name, address and payment details exclusively for the execution of the payment transaction and is contractually obliged to apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Stripe does not retain your data for longer than legally permitted.
Reviews – WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur. If you submit a review, your name and email address are shared in order to link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur has implemented appropriate security measures.
Shipping and logistics
DHL, GLS, DPD Nederland B.V. and FedEx Express Netherlands B.V. receive your name, address and residence details exclusively for the execution of the delivery of your order.
Accounting and bookkeeping – Visma Software B.V.
For our administration we use Visma Software B.V. Your name, address and order details are used exclusively for invoicing and accounting obligations.
External sales channels – Bol.com
We sell (part of) our products via Bol.com. If you place an order through this platform, we receive your order details and personal data in order to process your order. We treat this data confidentially.

We use your data exclusively for the provision of our services. The purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide to us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing without your explicit consent.
