This COB CCT LED Strip Set IP65 (5 meters) is a professional Tunable White lighting solution that allows smooth adjustment of the white color temperature from warm white (2700K) to cool white (6000K).
Thanks to advanced COB technology with 576 LEDs per meter, the strip produces a perfectly uniform light line without visible LED dots.

The set is supplied complete with a CCT controller and RF remote control, enabling immediate control of brightness and color temperature. Ideal for bars, hospitality, kitchens, retail spaces, offices and architectural lighting projects.

  Information about warranty & returns

  Returns
  You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@xpropool.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

  Exceptions to returns
  List the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also clearly indicate on the item itself that it cannot be returned by the consumer. Please note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  a. Sealed products. Once the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.

  b. Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications.

  c. Products that are clearly personal in nature.

  d. that cannot be returned due to their nature;

  e. that can spoil or age quickly;

  h. for audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken by the consumer.

  Shipping and returns

  We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to do so. Sometimes products are temporarily out of stock, which may result in a longer delivery time. Each product page indicates the expected delivery time. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  Shipping costs

  The prices listed do not include shipping costs. We apply the following shipping rates:

  • Free shipping for orders over €100 (throughout Europe)
  • Netherlands: €6.95
  • Belgium: €7.89

  Delivery

  Delivery is made by the postman or parcel delivery service. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

  Checking upon receipt

  Please check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. Are any parts missing or have products arrived damaged? If so, please send us an email immediately with your order number and any photos of the damage.

  VAT transfer for business customers

  Are you ordering from Europe for business purposes? Then it is possible to reverse the VAT. In that case, we will not charge VAT on the invoice. Your VAT number will be checked automatically. If your VAT number does not work, please contact us.

  iDEAL
  Payments via iDEAL are only possible for orders within the Netherlands. With this method, you can complete the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your own trusted internet payment environment, based on your bank's specific security methods. If you already use online banking, you can use iDEAL immediately without having to register.
