The PROLINE IP68 L SERIES is the professional neon LED strip for swimming pools with high demands on lighting, durability and waterproofing. This 24V neon LED strip is specially developed for large swimming pools and can be supplied in exceptionally long lengths — ideal for pool cages, pool edges, underwater lighting and decorative light lines around the pool.

Information about warranty & returns

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@xpropool.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

Exceptions to returns

Checking upon receipt

Please check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. Are any parts missing or have products arrived damaged? If so, please send us an email immediately with your order number and any photos of the damage.
